To meet this challenge, Oritain is developing the most authentic honey reference possible: the Honey Vault. Sponsors who join and participate may purchase a set of reference samples for their own scientific and marketing purposes.
OutcomesThe Honey Vault provides the opportunity to contribute to international research on honey, additionally it is intended that it will contribute to the development of standards, for example for monoflorality and bioactivity. |
